Industrial Parks located in Benton
Benton features two industrial parks located on both the east and west sides of Interstate 57. Four Rock Bit manufacturers are located in the two parks. There are three excellent facilities now available for medium and large manufacturing companies along with several acres of open land ready for development. These areas are in an enterprise zone and offer many tax incentives to new companies. A new tract of land is now I-57 Airport Business Park located on the West side of Interstate 57. The first resident, Blue Ridge Tractor has started construction at the Business Park. For information contact Dave Cooper (618) 435-3427.
